First of all, I wouldn't judge you however you want to tell me your problem. :)

Now, to business. It would be better, ask him why he didn't reply when you sent him loads of texts and called him a number of times as well, yet he replies to your other friend. Ask him what he's implying with his actions.

Second, ask him why he changed, why your relationship changed so suddenly. Ask him nicely, "Have I done something wrong?". Because sometimes, we're not aware of doing something that might serve as a turn off for others.

Third, think everything through. Did his actions imply that he likes you? We're they enough for you to expect a better treatment? Or we're you a little bit assuming? Because when we like someone, even his simplest gestures could make us think of so much possibilities.

If he doesn't give you straight answers, tell him how you feel and how he's making you feel with his attitude and all. Tell him it's annoying how he keeps on ignoring you when you were pretty close before. Truth is, you won't lose anything if you confess since he's already being snobbish, right? What can be worse, right? Who knows, maybe if you make the first move, he would open up again.
