First of all, have a nice talk with them. Explain how you got into Kpop and why you want to be part of it. Tell them how you saw the bond between the members of a group, how it might make you feel if you had loving fans as well.
Explain, especially to your dad. He might not be aware of how things work in the Kpop world. And tell him that you really have the passion to be a singer/dancer. Tell him why you want to be one. Is it for work alone? Will it really make you happy?
Your dad maybe worried that you'd be away for a long time. He might not know the training process of a Kpop star, but he is sure that Korea is far from your country. (I looked into your profile.)
If he's still against it, still submit a video for the audition- if that's the first step, which usually is. If you pass the first step, tell it proudly to your dad and say, "See, dad? I can do it. Please believe in me."
Also, be a good girl. It won't help if you throw tantrums or get mad when the topic comes up and your dad says he won't allow you. Keep calm and stay quiet instead of talking back. No matter how reasonable you are, if you talk back at him, he would consider it as a rude gesture.
If you can, have your mom help you persuade your dad. In a good way, okay? A man's weakness is his wife, so that should help a bit. Reassure him that if ever you get accepted, you will keep in contact and will have constant visits.
If you have a good bond with your parents, it would be much easier. :)
